Do I need to be good with technology?
You can start with the dates, places and budget you know. My Trips and the planning screens guide you through the next useful steps. You do not have to complete everything in one sitting, and Travel Oracle is optional.
Can I change my plans or budget later?
Yes. Update dates, destinations, bookings and the trip budget as plans change. You can also keep more than one trip.
Are destination costs guaranteed?
No. Research-based estimates help you compare options and set a realistic budget. Actual prices depend on your dates, availability and choices. Check the final price with the provider before booking.
Does Travel Oracle change my trip automatically?
No. Travel Oracle can suggest supported changes to your saved trip and show you exactly what would change. You can review and approve a suggestion to apply it directly to your planner. Travel Oracle never changes your trip until you approve the change.
Can I use my plan offline?
Yes. You can use the Daily Schedule and view saved booking details, including provider information, dates and times. Download a Travel Pack and keep your offline trip information updated before you travel. You need an internet connection to update the online planner or ask Travel Oracle.
What is the difference between my Trip Budget and the Planner Estimate?
Your Trip Budget is the overall amount you decide you want to spend. The Planner Estimate helps you understand likely destination spending based on your route and travel style. As you add bookings and spending, the planner shows how much of your real trip budget has been committed and what remains.
Does creating an account give me planner access?
No. Your account is your sign-in. Access to The Extended Travel Planner is separate. If you are an invited tester, follow the account instructions in your invitation.
